Terms and Conditions

1. By entering the raffle you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
2. The raffle is being run by Talus Freelance Ltd.

Eligibility to enter

3. The raffle is open to entrants over 18 years of age and an employee of a medical communications agency/pharmaceutical company.
4. In entering the raffle, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win.
5. A maximum of one entry per individual is permitted.
6. The raffle is free to enter.

How to enter

7. The raffle will include those that subscribed to our mailing list at the PM Awards up to midnight on 15^th April 2024. Entries after that time and date will not be included in the prize draw.
8. To enter the raffle simply subscribe to our mailing list via our website: talusfreelance.com/prizedraw
9. Talus Freelance Ltd will not accept responsibility if contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate.

The prizes

10. The first prize will be one reMarkable 2 digital notepad plus £500 freelancing credit for the agency associated with the winner.
11. Second prize will be £500 freelancing credit for the agency associated with the 2^nd place winner.
12. Third prize will be £500 freelancing credit for the agency associated with the 3^rd place winner.
13. Talus Freelance Ltd use of particular brands as prizes does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement of such brands.
14. The winner will be drawn at random.
15. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.
16. We reserve the right to substitute prizes with another prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.
17. The decision of Talus Freelance Ltd regarding any aspect of the raffle is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

Winner announcement

18. The winner will be notified after 15 April 2024 via the email provided during subscription.
19. Talus Freelance Ltd will attempt to contact the winner by email up to two times.
20. If the winner does not respond to the emails notifying them of their win within 7 days of the second email, they will lose their right to the prize, and Talus Freelance Ltd reserves the right to choose and notify a new winner.

Receipt of the prize

21. Please allow 14 days for delivery of the prize or alternative collection or delivery arrangements may be made through mutual agreement.

Data protection and publicity

22. You consent to any personal information you provide in entering the raffle being used by Talus Freelance Ltd for the purposes of administering the raffle, and for those purposes as defined within our privacy notice.
23. All entrants may apply for details of the winning participant by contacting us at admin@talusfreelance.com
24. Talus Freelance Ltd retains permission to release the first and last name and company of the winners via social media announcements.
25. All personal information shall be used in accordance with Talus Freelance Ltd’s Privacy Notice.
26. Any personal and or other information you provide may be used for marketing communications by Talus Freelance Ltd in line with our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

27. Talus Freelance Ltd does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of either participating in the raffle or being selected for a prize.
28. Talus Freelance Ltd does not provide any form of practical or IT support for this prize. On receipt, all responsibilities relating to warranty and the product are that of the prize winner.

General

29. Talus Freelance Ltd reserves the right to cancel the raffle or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.
30. The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
